Analyzing your stops

Use the Filters in the Stops tab to locate stops with certain attributes.  For example, you might want to locate all of your Transfer stops or stops with no students.

 

 

Cleanup tip:  Occasionally you may want to look at your stops with no students and remove the stops to clean up previous door to door stops.  You can do this by filtering for stops with no students and then using the Batch Edit to remove those stops.  Only stops not being used in routes or for transportation requests will be removed.

 

 

You may also want to review any stops that couldn’t be geo-coded.  This can happen if the stops were imported and the system couldn’t determine the address.  To check this, click on the filters and select Ungeocoded stops.  You may want to edit this to correct or delete the stop.
