If you want to send copies of email notifications to a primary school contact, you will need to add those contacts to the School information. Click on the Schools tab. Hover over the 3 dots to the right of the school and select the “Edit” icon.
Scroll down and open the Contact section. Click on the + to Add Contact.
Enter the contact information. Be sure to include a valid email address and/or phone number. If you want this phone number to receive texts you will need to check the Text box.
When sending automatic notifications and selecting “Also Send to School”, the primary contact at the school location will receive a copy of the email.
